This position is for someone who enjoys meeting all types of people to provide customer care and promote/sell the features and benefits of our Unlimited Wash Pass. You will report directly to the manager, team leader or manager in training.
Personality Requirement: Engaging, social, pleasant, pro-active and with excellent, fluid, excellent communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
Customer Service Requirement: Provide quick and friendly customer care for existing customers, upsell and to sell new customers.
Mechanical Requirements: Car enthusiast who understands the technology to troubleshoot customer concerns and can use tools or equipment to conduct vehicle diagnostics.
Physical Requirements: Ability to move around freely, bend and occasional lifting 20lbs. This is an outside position where you will be outside in all types of weather. Neat Appearance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to educate and become the expert for our customers on every aspect of our services
Promote/Grow our Unlimited Pass Program
Customer Relations: Retain current Unlimited Members
Communicate with leadership on all issues
Ability to pre-diagnose and confirm vehicle maintenance concerns-Knowledge of car manufacturers a plus.
Maintain tool inventory
Experience with minor car repairs preferred (i.e., programming radio to cell phone, tire pressure, etc.)
Provide assistance with customer questions on recalls or helping them with their car dealer warranty work
Building and Grounds Maintenance- Safety Measures followed
