Position: SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATION

You will be the general manager’s right- hand person and location go-to-person.  The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for quality control of the car wash.

This is a full-time position requiring (40 hours plus 10 hours Overtime). 

Duties/responsibilities/prerequisites include, but not limited to: 

• Completion of daily check list
• Make sure associates are compliant with RSCW procedures and safety requirements
• Excellent Communication skills- Bilingual a plus
• Handle customer transactions as required- Money Handling Skills required
• Respond to customer concerns
• Closing of store 
• Safety Inspection of premises
• Direct report for associates and scheduling 
• Foster a team environment 
• Assignment of tasks to upkeep property
• Administrative reporting as required by General Manager

COMPENSATION 

$17.00 an hour with opportunity for Overtime
