Average Hourly Rate: $14-$17 per hour (base + commissions)

Russell Speeders is now hiring a career minded Car Wash Sales Associate (Customer Service Advisor) who is seeking a fast paced, challenging work environment and enjoys coming to work every day!

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR you will responsible for:

Delivering the highest standard of customer service
Assisting our valued customers in their car wash purchase and ensuring the customers’ needs are not only met but exceeded.
Successfully promote the Russell Speeders brand and reputation of being the friendliest car wash in town.
Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and results.
Reaching and continuously striving to exceed personal sales goals set in partnership with management
Key Attributes are as follows, but not limited to:

Must be able to withstand working outdoors 100% of the time year round
Previous, and successful, sales and customer service experience
Experience and understanding of point-of-sale systems and ensure all processes are followed
Compliance with the Russell Speeders policies and procedures
Ensure customers’ needs are met at all times
Requirements:

People person
Aggressive educator for our guests

Likes to work outdoors all year around
Good money handling abilities
