Title: Oil Change Technician

Job Summary:

The oil change technician will be responsible for inspecting and changing the oil and oil filter and refill with required amount of oil

Job Responsibilities:

•                Performs multipoint inspection  


•                Advises management of additional work

•                Inspect fluid levels

•                Check air pressure of tires

•                Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil

•                Add water to radiator and battery

•                Replace oil and air filters

•                Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed

•                Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

•                Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals  


Required Experience

Qualifications:

Must meet company's requirements for employment

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Prior experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice

Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skill

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending

Exposure to inclement weather  

 Compensation: Hourly plus Bonus
