Position: General Associates/Equipment Operators/Sales/Greeters

* All positions are outside and involve interaction with customers as they arrive at our car wash. We need you to demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional customer experience by making every single guest feel welcome.

General Associates/Equipment Operator- $ 15 hr Plus Tips- Flexible Shifts- Overtime Available General Labor- No Experience Required- No College Required -We Train
Performers/Greeters $ 17 hr Plus Tips- 9AM-5PM - Flexible Schedule- We are dedicated to The Customer Experience and Superior Customer Quality of Service. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to interact with every customers after learning the Russell Speeders way and graduating from our exclusive training. Must demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional customer experience by making every single guest feel welcome.
Sales $ 15 hr PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS- Flexible Schedule- Offer our Unlimited Wash Pass as a monthly subscription to all customers. Sales staff also receives Uncapped Commissions and recurring monthly incentives. Must be positive, respectful, dependable and reliable.
WHAT WE NEED
People who are Comfortable Working in Fast-Paced, Busy, outdoor Environment
Mechanical Inclination (Equipment Operator)
Retail expereince in sales/customer service or general mechanical inclination
General knowledge of taking credit card payments (Sales position only)
You are a teamplayer and Coachable
Ability to be on your feet all day and move around freely
Like to be outside in all types of weather
Experienced in a High-Volume, fast paced work
Live to Create Amazing Guest Experiences
Can Interact with the Public and your Team in a Friendly, Outgoing, Professional Manner
Are Comfortable Speaking with Guests and Answering Questions
Can Multi-Task Between Assisting our Guests, Your Teammates
