Position: Office Manager

Location: Norwalk,CT

 Fairfield County CT & Westchester County NY


Salary $60,000-$70,000  Commensurate w/Experience, Opportunity for Growth Leading Administrative Team!

In business for nearly 70 years, own/operate 25+ car washes in 7 states throughout the US and growing. We are looking for the right person for a fun, family friendly, fast paced and challenging position.

We require the Office Manager to embrace a Service Team Orientation supporting Accounts Payable & Receivable, Recruiting, as well as have strong organizational and management skill sets, have a business mindset, maintain high energy, hands-on administrative support, obsessed with delivering great administrative support services, a proven problem solver and love working on a team of passionately driven colleagues.

Prepares correspondence, memoranda, and reports. Orders office supplies, answers the phone and takes messages. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. Supports recruitment needs for the site locations utilizing various recruiting platforms. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox.


Compiles and updates periodic stats reports. Records and verifies information concerning matters such as shipments, prices, schedules, and timesheets. Performs general clerical tasks including typing, filing, check run mailing, Credit Card reconciliation, maintains Administrative Forms on Intranet, updates administrative instruction manual as needed, various exciting projects as assigned along keen sense of how to report back in a simple yet concise and complete manner.


Relationship building experience will play key role in providing support services to management & field teams.
