Position: Experienced Lube Technicians

Location: 811 River Road- Shelton-CT 

Do you enjoy working with your hands and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment? We are searching for a dependable individual with experience or interest in vehicle maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an exceptional work ethic.

You will work with a team of highly trained, professional Associates to provide unrivaled GUEST service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Our Automotive Lube Technicians will accurately and efficiently inspect vehicles and complete high-quality vehicle services to ensure our GUESTs feel safe and secure on the road.

Compensation

$ 15 hr. Plus Tips

A successful candidate would love working with exposure to the outdoors in all conditions and will not be afraid of getting dirty to get the job done! You must be extremely motivated, enjoy problem-solving and be able to communicate technical information clearly and understandable to the average person.

 Bilingual a plus! We will provide extensive training- we only expect you will share our passion for safe and secure cars and our obsession with GUEST service!

Automotive Lube Technician Responsibilities: Complete multi-point inspection Check tire pressure, radiator and battery Perform oil changes Advise management of additional repairs needed Clearly communicate technical information to GUESTs Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards

General Requirements:

 Must be at least 18 years old

Exceptionally detail-oriented

Outstanding communication skills-

 Bilingual a plus

Team player

Self-motivated

Energetic

Mechanical aptitude or knowledge/Previous technician experience preferred, but full training can be provided

Requires prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
