MANAGING PARTNER – Car Wash Associates

Expanding in Fairfield County CT & Westchester County NY

 Salary $75,000.00 + 10% Stock Ownership Day 1 / NO Financial Investment Required!

Business Projected Net Profit $750,000.00 to $1,250,000.00 Annually.

 In business for nearly 70 years, own/operate 25+ carwashes throughout the United States, and growing.  We are looking for the right person for a fun, family friendly, fast paced and challenging position.

We work hard. Managing partners work five days a week, 50-55 hours and take vacations every year. 

After proven results, there will be opportunity to own multiple operations and increased ownership percentage which will require financial investment on your part for opening new locations.

This is not a requirement but a career opportunity.

We do require all Managing Partners to be mechanically inclined, have management skill set, business mindset, high energy, hands-on leader, retail sales experience, obsessed with delivering great GUEST service and love working outdoors.

How a managing partner spends his/her day

They check equipment, chemicals, and inventory through extensive checklists that we have developed over the last 60+ years.

Daily monitor and coach associates’ membership plan presentation to achieve optimal results.

We have high expectations of all our associates, regardless of position and our company success is due to our training program and grooming our associates for success while promoting based on performance and not seniority.

YOU WILL HAVE

• Salary $75,000.00 + 10% Stock Ownership Day 1 / NO Financial Investment Required (Managing Partners typically earn over $ 125,000 a year)
